CRM Implementation

Every nonprofit organization needs a modern constituent relationship management (CRM) system. ENPS specializes in implementing Little Green Light, a very affordable and easy-to-use cloud-based CRM solution. Whether you have never had a CRM in place and have a haphazard collection of Excel spreadsheets, or are migrating from an obsolete and expensive solution, ENPS offers a turnkey CRM implementation and migration service that includes:

The cost of a CRM implementation varies significantly depending upon the state and quantity of data to be migrated and other factors. I usually quote these projects on a fixed-price basis. The average price is around $2,500 for the entire package.

CRM Audit

ENPS offers a special system audit service to nonprofits needing to get a comprehensive assessment of the state of its CRM and a detailed roadmap for how to improve their data quality and processes. Pricing for this service is based upon the number of constituent records in your database:

  • $300 for systems with up to 7,500 constituent records

  • $450 for systems with more than 7,500 constituents records

Our CRM Audit service includes the following components:

  • Project Kick-off Meeting. In a one-hour meeting, we will explore your current objectives, issues, frustrations, and other problems with your use of CRM and how these challenges are hampering your fundraising efforts and productivity.

  • Audit. We will conduct a detailed audit of your database and processes.

  • Identification of opportunities and report. We will prepare a detailed report outlining our finding and identifying a prioritized list of actions that we recommend you take.

  • Audit Review Meeting. We will gather again to review the Audit Report together, discuss the findings, and explore each of the recommendations.

Data Cleanup

Despite the best intentions, databases tend to degrade with time. Data standards change as personnel turn over, inconsistencies and duplicate entries accumulate, and new reporting needs become evident. ENPS’ data cleanup services consist of:

  • Performing a system audit to identify problems and opportunities

  • Creating a detailed roadmap for making the necessary data changes in your database

In need of customized one-on-one or small team training? ENPS provides on-demand training for many client organization who, because of staff transitions, find themselves in need of help to take full advantage of their LGL system.

Custom Integrations

Occasionally, organizations need to connect their CRM with other applications and a custom integration solution is called for. Little Green Light can be linked to many applications using Zapier, a very powerful and flexible app-to-app integration tool. Zapier is a good way to bring constituent and gift information into LGL in realtime as it is created by applications like Shopify, WooCommerce, and hundreds of other systems which support Zapier integrations.

ENPS also provides more versatile custom Ruby-on-Rails (RoR) utilities to both push and pull information from Little Green Light.
